Grant of anticipatory bail

women set herself ablaze by pouring kerosene oil. Died after three days in hospital. Fourth day, her parents filed false FIR stating that the deceased gave them statement that the father in law, brother in law, husband and (sister in law and her husband living separately) has burnt her. She did not give any statement as 80% burnt. Session rejected bail. Moving hc. Concerned about latter two accused, my parents. Can they get AB?

grant of anticipatory bail depends on the material against you in the FIR (Fardbayan), and in investigation by I.O, Whether the dying declaration was recorded in presence of magistrate or not, doctor had given fitness certificate for recording or not?
