Govt job fraud and not giving my money back.

We give 12 lac for the govt job but i paid all money in bank but now he refused to give my money and not giving any job so what I do

First of all rather than going legally you should serve him/her a legal notice and in that notice you can write that either pay my money or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if he/she fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime file a recovery suit in the court to claim your money back along with compensations.

you can file for the recovery of money suit. If there is any communication regarding the job and which organization the person has assured you can be taken as the evidence So no worries there can be retrieval of the money

Unfortunately by doing so you have committed a crime. Although the irony is that you are a victim beyond doubt, although a kind of guilty victim. Now on the question of getting the actual Criminal punished, it is suggested that you discuss the potential strategy and the possible repercussions and ways in which you can deal with the latter. If you act quickly there is hope of getting the money recovered.

You need to probably delete this post and speak under confidentiality with me asap if we want any chance of you recovering the money. I would be happy to explain the law with clarity on this and the reason of my suggestion. I have already handled similar matters. Thank you

file a civil as well s criminal case against the accused mentioned all thing how he cheated and criminal case and simultaneously file a civil recovery suit against him and if police will not take any cognizant then file a case in court
