Government employee suspended in theft case.

Sir i am the employee of PSU. In the duty time one person theft scrap of 15000 rs with loading vehicle but by mistake i was given gate pass and follow proper office procedure as per the delivery system in office. After that he taken out the scrap any one complaint to the boss and police came and find out the scrap from that theft and theft taken my name that i bought this from me with 15000Rs. Office immediately suspend me on 20 July. Now not have any proper evidence that i have taken money and I was followed proper office procedure. Pls suggest me that now present time FIR londge without my name and police want to arrest me on the statement of the thive. Court case start in some days. First question that I should be apply Anticipatory bail? Second is that what maximum action can take my office in theft case of 15000? First time allegation on me in my 6 years carrier can they terminated me.
