i was drunk and touched a women unappropriately in a bar
that is not right on your part, request you to appologise by meeting the lady before she files a complaint in form of FIR against you. If you could kindly inform what exactly are you contemplating or has anything has happened against you till now.

From a legal point of view that women can bring a criminal charges against you if she wants .
