07-Aug-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I'm a typical Indian women, two year back married a doctor, in the beginning my life was so beautiful on that time I'm working n my husband supposed to study, when he completed his studies and started to earn problems started to begin one by one, in this his first issue is I'm a NON MEDICO n he is a MEDICO previously he loved me now started to search for a medical girl, when I came to know about that he started to show his real face, supposed to bring prostitutes to home, beated a lot of times, given physical and mental harassment and told with me to leave home lot of times but I didn't left home so at last he only left home my manipulating his words n by blaming me he went to his parents home but not allowing me to enter in that home I tried to talk with him lot of times but all of his family members blocked my number if I called to his number means his brother will receive the call n start to scold me, I'm not getting what to do now? I don’t want to break this relationship.

Yes madam, you have option to file restitution of conjugal rights before the family court. Prior to the petition, you are required to send legal notice to him through an advocate. After the notice, you will come to know about his reply. Thereafter, file petition against your husband. For further information contact.

Madam,
as per your query, your husband not show any interest on you as a wife, he has done so much domestic violence, if you don't want to file separate from him, you can file restitution of conjugal rights before jurisdictional competent court.
