Got Bailable warrant from court

29-Dec-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Myself & my family has been put in a criminal case in 2020 and in 2021 chargesheet was submitted. We got summons one day prior to hearing date. We could not attend, court issued Bailable warrant in our name. We had taken Anticipatory bail in 2020 only. Could we be arrested? The next hearing date is on March.

Dear Sir, There is no danger situation for you since you are on anticipatory bail. However, you can immediately appear before the same Court by advancing the case and get regular bail since chargesheet is filed. If you want you can file Discharge Application before this same Court or after passing such orders if they are against you then you can go in appeal to High Court to avoid lengthy trial of 4-5 years.
