Girl in complaint about me that i am harrassing her

I liked girl in office. As she was seating just in next bay i used to see her sometimes directly,she noticed this. I told my like, to her friend but nothing happened, i tried once directly but politely to have words but she ignored. I started letting go but I see her as my eyes go there.in immediate scene i was speaking to my male friend in flirt lang she hear this and given smile But after 15 min she compain about me. I feel she should have talked to me before complaint. Insult make me leave.

from the start she was not interested in this conversation and in having any relationship or friendship or connection with you, she felt uncomfortable after listening to your conversation with your mail friend that's why she filed a complaint against you, you can write a letter to HR explaining the situation, that you never talked to her directly, you were talking to your friends and POSH is not applicable to you. POSH means prevention, prohibition of sexual harassment at work place act 2013
