Girl filed false case under 498A on the family producing false bills

Girl produced 60 tolas of Jewellery labour bill with the same date of marriage and year in CAW cell. I know it is false and fabricated. Can it be proved that it is false and fabricated any way. Further Family welfare committee passed an order in favour of me for 498a. now what to do now.
You have to wait until she uses such false and fabricated Bill in the court proceedings. When she used it as genuine you can file application under section 340 Cr.P.C. for prosecute her for giving false and fabricated evidence, then court after making enquiry prosecute her if such Bill found to be false and fabricated. Now you only have to collect the evidence to declare such Bill as false and fabricated.

if you have sure that the bill produced by the girl are false and fabricated. then you have a got a right by leading cogent evidence for proving this fact. these are the forged and fabricated bills. for 498-A to face trial lead evidence for the allegations of the girl are false, frivolouse and baseless.
