Hi
Your's friend's lawyer can ask the court to issue Non bailable warrant against the Girl as the Girl is not appearing in the court to give evidence and is intentionally dragging the case.
Your's friend's lawyer can also ask the court to dismiss the case for want of evidence . It all depends on how your friend's lawyer argues the case in court.

Instruct your lawyer to ask the court to expedite the process and dispense of with the girl's cross examination in view of her continuous absence from the court and proceed forward with the case. If the court is not helping you, you can file a petition in high court praying for the speedy disposal of the case and get relief.

If the case filed fraudulently you can file Quash petition and Stay Petition in High Court stating the following reasons. If the facts and evidences are strong more likely all the charges will be quashed. Retain a competent Advocate to file the petition without delay. Good Luck.
