Girl cheated me for money in the name of love

A girl cheated me for money (5lakhs) in the name of love. I have the conversations where she proposed me. Our personal and private photos. Most of the money i sent her thru net banking (have proof for it). She married someone and tried to hide it from me. I sent our convo to her father and husband. They haven't responded anything. Will i be charged for any issue? Can i recover the money? If her husband give divorce, iam okay to marry her even now. Is it possible?
