Gifted Land never got registered can we claim the land or refund

Country Club Hyderabad gifted land in exchange of purchasing membership at club, despite of making full payment even after 15years they haven't registered the land as promised. Despite raising complain officially no help till date from the company. What can we do in this case?
hi first you all need to see the agreement copy and terms and conditions and the delay occured as it is 15 years period long time and that if they did not register then you could send a legal notice to them and take necessary action
