Gf pressurising for getting married or else she'll file for rape.

Me and my gf after having a long distance of 4 months decided to meet one last time for breakup. We agreed upon not having sex, because before this we didn't do it. Now, we booked a room for some privacy, and as soon we entered the room, after sometime she started demanding some alcohol, I said no, but she was being adamant and I yielded. She got Vodka, drank it and made me drink. After we made out and had sex. nA month later she asked me to meet again, and she tried to have sex with me. I declined to which she got mad at me.Now again one month later she is pressuring me into marrying her. She's saying she couldn't have legally consented and that this is rape. That she will file a police case.

Every woman has discretion to file complaint of rape before police or Magistrate if she so desires and police or Magistrate is bound to take the complaint and register a FIR after being satisfied about the complaint. If such a complaint get lodged against you then first of all you have to take anticipatory bail from the relevant court. Thereafter to prove yourself innocent you may face the trial or approch the High Court for quashing of the FIR.

well she does not have semen traces in her vagina to prove its rape nor does she have external injury marks (in all probability) to prove the same. and the fact that both of you were intoxicated the question of consent would be invalid to some extent. as far as rupture of vulva that can happen due to many reasons
