My gf file 376 after 4 months of breakup, ek baar 376 me Final report lag gayi session court ka order bhi mere fevour me. But again he file complaint for 2nd FIR in other police station through BNSS 173(4). Abhi order nahi huya hai ab Kiya karna chaiye pahle bhi same case ke session court ka order hai hamare pass jisme ladki ne us time paise lekar wo case close kar diya tha. Par ab dubara new case ke liye kar diya ab Kiya kare.
Dear Sir,
You should go for quashing for the aforesaid FIR before the Hon’ble High Court and adduce the facts before the High Court. The High Court seeing the repeated litigation filed by the person on the same issue will quash the aforesaid FIR.

no issues in the matter. Since it has been filed in some other court then during the proceedings you should give the judgement of the earlier court. Rape cannot happen everytime but file for anticipatory bail as soon as possible so that you are not arrested after the FIR report is filed
