Getting Threatened on Phone by PhD Advisor by her Ex Student

18-Apr-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Person A (female and ex PhD student of person B) calls me up to say that Person B (female and my PhD advisor) told her to relay message to me that either I withdraw an official complaint of "mental harassment and pressuring during pregnancy" that I filed against person B or leave the doctoral program. I was on maternity leave when this happened. I have phone recording in which Person A admits twice that Person B wanted to relay this intimidating message to me. Can I file a court case against Person B with this audio evidence?

certainly you can but fact remains if you can substantiate the same in the course of the trial and in case you cannot you run the risk of facing a prosecution for false complaint. keeping the risk associated with the complaints you can take a measured risk.

dear client, you have the legal remedy to file a complaint to SSP of your area, after which your complaint will be marked to a police station who will investigate the matter and will register FIR against the said person.... for further clarification contact me...
