Getting permission to join in police

Dear sir, iam 26 years old a case registered against me under IPC 302 34ipc 6 months ago during the recruitment process I was in remind for 84 days with the permission of additional jfcm I was attended events and passed after release from jail I was attended to mains exam and selected now is it possible to get permission from high court to join as police constable during pending of this case?
