Gap Certificate for NEET exam or any other Govt exam

I was arrested by pocso act for 20days. After 2O days I got free and no cases are pending now. Can I apply for any Govt Job? I want to apply for NEET exam. But for NEET, a gap certificate has to be issued. Sir, kindly help me. Can I apply for NEET? If yes, then what should I write in the format for reason...? Please reply sir, Is it mandatory to write details in the space for reason? Please help.
you can apply as there is no pe ding litigation. now listen you have to provide details of the case. hopefully you have the order sheet which shows your acquittal so I sincerely belive that there shouldn't be any problem

yes yes for most govt job only if you are convicted then you are debarred. as far as declaration is concerned it's in your favour to disclose everything. you can certainly apply for neet. all the best.
