Gang Stalking And Harassment at office how to proceed legally now

I have been Harrassed By My Organisation heads who instigated, Cajole and use co-workers to Harrass me by speech n actions. I have Audio video recordings how they do it while I am busy working on my System. The stings I did say it all. How can I sue my Co-Workers who compliments harrasment plans of my Bosses. They trespass my workplace by action and speech. I want to know the legal remedy at my disposal.

Hi, Good Morning. As per my opinion you have to file case against your organisation heads under section 354, 354A, 354B, 354C, And 354 D for gang stalking and harassment, and also you can also sue u/s 509 of Indian penal code also for intending to insult the modesty of any woman, utters any word, makes any sound or gesture, or exhibits any object, intending that such word or sound shall be heard, or that such gesture or object shall be seen, by such woman, or intrudes upon the privacy of such woman Whoever commits these offence in working place imprisonment for three years or they may be liable to pay the fine also.

It is punishable with one to three years in jail.file lodge a complaint against them,and even suffering from mental egony can have right to ask compensation also.,It is usually because they are intimidated by the thought of approaching the police or feel that the police will not help.should cantact advocates
