Further procedure if bail applied under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471, 473/120-B IPC and under Sections 61 andn78(2) of the Punjab Excise Act rejected from high court

Next you can apply before Supreme Court. But only if it has been dismissed and not withdrawn. The only remedy remains is to put your case before the Supreme Court and in case if there is any change in circumstance then you can approach the highcourt again.

hello
sorry for delay reply. yes you can file the petition before DB High court for grant of bail in case your bail is rejected by single bench of same high court. or you can move to supreme court as well
