Friend was beaten by seniors and they are dragging him for false cases

My friend was beaten up by some senior students, he was hit by an iron rod and was admitted in a hospital. He filled a case against the culprits under the section 323,324,292(b) and riot. Now they are trying to file a false counter case against him using fake evidences. How can we block the counter case?

We cant do anything to block the counter case. Once the counter case i registered approach the high court to quash the fir in the above case. And thereby the counter case will be quashed. Thats the thing
