Friend wants to travel abroad after conviction from criminal case

my friend had been convicted in a criminal section,and there is no other case on him will he get a passport and can he travel to aboard

First the nature of the offence to be known to check whether it falls under serious or heinous offence and it depends upon that. If it is simple in nature he can file application before the concerned court through his advocate and ask for the permission by stating the urgency of his visit.

Hi....sure he will get his passport back. He have to file application before the jurisdictional court for return of passport and he have to obide the condition of the court and some time court will order for executing bond. Thank you
