Friend got filed under ipc 279, 304 (2)

Late night driving with friends along with drinks normally at 70 speed , suddenly a activa scooter came front of him driver steers left side and looses control over car and hits the tree on footpath resulting death of passenger at back seat..police filed under sections ipc 304 (2), 279 , MVA 113, 118 , 119 etc.. he is in judicial custody ..bail application is filed .. what steps should we take further???
If Bail Application has already been filed, wait for the Order of the Court on it. However, it may be difficult for the person who is in Judicial Custody now to get the cleanchit from Court instantly, as the case will go on for years, even after procuring Bail.

first priority to get a bail , if bail is rejected from the trial court , then approach the higher court , thereafter you can think about further steps till now you can only think about bail
