Friend deny to form partnership agreement after payment of money

Me and my friend planned to open gym so I paid him 50% amount of total cost of gym Now he not agree to make any kind of partnership document of that gym. What should I do now.?

You have not make any written agreement....with regard to open a gim....but you have paid your share to your friend ....if your friend is ready to pay your share to you then there is no issue...you can start your own gim....if he does not return your share you can file a criminal complaint in local police station or court.....under section 120 B, 406 and 420..... of IPC
