Friend cheated me after taking money. Please help

Hi Sir,
One of my friends approached me saying that her friend needs some money to book flight tickets for amount 6-7 lakhs and she told me that he will return money in 3-4 days. I gave her my credit cards and she gave it to her friend. He informed her he need some more money and sent 2 links in whatsapp. After transactions of worth 10.7 Lakhs happened that guy absconded. Initially she said she will pay me the money but now she is saying i am not responsible. How do I proceed on this? Please help.
hello. hello client you have to send him a notice stating that you have taken then amount and Korean friend it is your guarantee that you have taken the amount so you are responsible for me to return the amount the third person is but buy you taking the guarantee I have given the amount
