Fraudulent transaction involving India Garage Mahindra, Lalbagh Road

20-Aug-2026 (In Criminal Law)
I am raising a serious complaint regarding India Garage Mahindra, Lalbagh Road, Bangalore, involving an outstanding amount of approximately ₹2.86 lakh. During my vehicle purchase, I was eligible for a ₹1.6 lakh GST 2.0-related benefit/refund. However, after the transaction, the concerned sales consultant became unavailable. Despite repeatedly following up with the dealership, I have still not received the amount due to me. This is not simply an issue with an individual salesperson. Dealership

To address the pending refund of approximately ₹1.6 lakh from India Garage Mahindra on Lalbagh Road, Bangalore, frame your response as a formal legal notice reminder under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, avoiding any personal contact details

Dear Sir You can file a legal notice and submit a complaint to the Consumer Forum for unfair trade practice and deficiency of service alongside filing a police complaint for cheating and criminal breach of trust under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita if they intentionally withheld your refund
