You have file a complaint under district consumer redressal

You have the option of filing complaint before consumer forum or Banking Ombudsman, alternatively you may consider filing civil suit for refund of excess amount paid by you, if you have already paid any excess amount.
Filing FIR or registering criminal compliant may not be appropriate step as substantiating the contention of malice against the bank official may be difficult task.
