I had lent money to someone, he did not return for a long time despite reminders i filed FIR. Police IO took my statements, gave all evidences, accused statements was also recoded. what will be the next step by police? Now will the police give a chargesheet to the magistrate? Will the court case start?

From whatever you have said here, the Police will file the Chargesheet in due course before the Learned Court and then the trial shall proceed. You can take an update of the case from the Jurisdictional Magistrate by making an application through a Ld. Lawyer.
