Fraud of online hotel room booking scam

Can i book a cyber complaint against him? My 1400 rs was stolen by the hotel member he says me to give me a slip of 1400 rs and book a room but after send he ignore me and gathering my more personal informations like pancard adhar card etc so i neglect all so he tell me to not give me any slip about booking and i scared so I don't tell my parents and now i regret it what to do please tell . If i register complaint from cyber crime and fir should be file i need to go police station? Please help

Yes you can file a complaint against the so and so hotel & hotel’s staff. How did you pay the money for room and how did you give him your identity cards ?
You can file a police complaint also. Police will also take action against the so and so Hotel and hotel’s staff.
