Fraud of Money and Unnecessary Disturbance
12-Aug-2023 (In Criminal Law)
One guy[say A] has done a fraud to other guy [say B] f around Rs 500000 on name of providing job in government sector. Unfortunately I was the person who not knowingly took money from B and Handed it over to A. Then as A disappeared B started pressurizing me to give money as i was the carrier. Although A has also done fraud with me of around Rs 4,00,000. But right now am frustrated with deeds of B as he is unnecessarily creating a pressure on me saying he will file FIR on my name or else he will file FIR on his name and I have to be a legal witness in case. Plz suggest some way to get rid off

I dont thing so that there is anything to worry in this case, as his act of giving money for government job is also a wrong and it is a settled principal of law that no one take a remedy for his wrong. The best you can do is you can help him in finding that person who has done wrong to both of you, also please see if you had any written agreement or not.

I would like to suggest you if you handed over the money then be the witness for the same and do disclose wether you aware of the purpose behind transaction or not. If in any case fir is filed against you then you need to contest case on merit, in part of fraud committed on you, you can file case against the said person committed fraud on you.

If u r envolves government job.then make ipc 120B section.then after make 420, 467, 468 section etc. Dono vaktiyo ke khilaf sakt se sakt karawayi karni chiye jis se jo unhone karya kiya hai. Unhe un ke dwara kiye gaye karya ki saja dila sake
