Fraud done in name of data entry company

Company name Mass tecno contacted on whatspp for data entry.. i told them i would not do targeted jobs. That time they said its ok u can do as much as u can.. the fine charges will be deducted from you payment. Now aftee 6 days they are calling me that a case has been regidtered.. and first they took 8000 from me for not doing work. Now they took 26000 for contract breaking. And again asking money so that i will not have to appear in gujrat court. Kindle help me out sir. I am a student.. i had to give them all i have. I am helpless now.. they are calling with a number which shows Advocate Associate legal team in true caller

Well this is a big scam. You may please connect with your local police station and give an application providing complete details of issue and incident. There is no need to transfer any money if you have not signed any contract with company. Ask company to provide you all legal documents of their registration. Take quick action

kindly go to your concerned police station and get FIR registered u/s 419 420 IPC. And the local police do not cooperae then approach the concerned court and make complaint before the court in person or through an advocate. Also you may take the help of Cyber Cell since all the fraud is been done through internet.
