Fraud corruption and scandal with govt police are not filing FIR under
13-Nov-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Today we are leaving in fraud, corrupt system .
Police are not filing FIR for complaint like fraud, Scam and scandal.
1. I filed online complaint with evidences at Charkop (Kandivali ) police station dated 8 October 2017 also filed online complaint at grievance portal Regarding fraud crime to concerned labor dept
2. Charkop police station disposed my complaint without FIR on jurisdiction ground and advised to file FIR at LT Marg police station, they sent me letter for investigation which is attended by me.
3. I filed complaint at LT Marg police station through post email and through grievance portal they sent me letter for investigation which is attended by me. Statement is given to police station, once police IO meet cloth board my jurisdiction changed to VP road police station. Complaint is transferred without FIR to VP road police station.
4. VP road police ignored my complaint application and evidences as concerned person is corporate employee shown Mathadi worker only
You can file private complaint in Criminal Court having jurisdiction to try and decide case.
