Fraud: Bank cleared a forged cheque with forged sign. How to proceed ?

28-Apr-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Dear members, bank cleared a cheque by debiting my account for Rs 200000 on 31st March 2017. The cheque was not the original cheque as I compare the copy of the cleared cheque and the sign in it does not belongs to me. The cheque was mere a clone cheque. Bank credited the amount in others account and the other person withdrew the whole money from his account after the clearance of the cheque. Further Bank changed my registered mobile number without my consent. I also did not visit the branch and the application for the change of signature and hand writing does not belongs to me. The Bank has the video of the person who visited the branch for changing of the registered mobile number. My case is similar with the case http://www.naavi.org/wp/cheque-cloning-fraud-exposes-weaknesses-banking-system/ http://www.thehindu.com/news/cities/Delhi/cheque-fraud-racket-busted-bank-manager-among-5-held/article17936074.ece I lodged a FIR in the PS but no response I've received from them.

You say that you have already lodged a FIR but the Police did not response on it. Response mean whether the Police did not started Criminal Case against the person or the Police started P.S. Case against the Person but did not arrest him. Therefore, your question is not clear enough.
However, if the Police did not started Criminal Case against the person, then send Complaint to the SP of the District and start Complaint under Section 156(c) Cr. P.C.
If the Police started the Case against him, but did not arrest him, Then wait for arrest or filling Charge Sheet by the Police against him.
