FR is not placed before the court and i am in need of documents

Me and my wife met with an car accident while going to hospital and my wife died in that. Brother in law filed a FIR in section 304-B, 498A against me. All investigations is done police formed final report in the case. But police is not placing FR in court as brother in law is not coming to sign the FR filed since 3 months and its lying in police station only. I want documents for the claim of my car and wife. I’m unable to get them. How can i get them? Or how can i make him to present in court

If the police completed an investigation into your case and the police filed a final report in court then you can file a copying application and get your documents but if the final report is not filed in court then wait for a submission of final report in court.
