You have to file a protest petition before the concerned court to revive a criminal case in which FR has been given by the police. In the said petition which will be drafted by a lawyer, you need to take all grounds related to the commission of offence and the errors & omissions in the investigation done by the police. If everything goes as per plan you can get a decision on your petition in 6 months.

FR will be presented before court by police..and police must inform u about it according to law...then u have to present with your lawyer in that court..your advocate can pray to magistrate for filling a protest petition against this FR present by police..
