i had given sum of 2 lacs money to my friend through my bank account now he is not giving money back to me . How to recover money from him ?

Suit for recovery of money or summary suit can be instituted. The first step is to issue a legal notice. Once we receive a reply notice we shall proceed further. Money can be recovered. Else the defaulter will be punished.
