Sir/madam
i worled in a private organisation doing fertiliser business. i worked here for 5 years. while working in this orgamisation our state boss over phone ordered me to issue a letter to a District level society regarding reduction of Rs.4 per bag of a Urea bag for a quantity of 1300MTs ( i.e, on behalf of State boss i was issued a rate deduction letter to a district level society for Rs.1,50,000 with a dummy signature with state boss rubber stamp). I did this keeping it in the notice of our state boss. State boss also agreed the same before that district level society that by his order only i gave that letter. after one year, today he is threatening me to launch a criminal case against forgery of his sign/ creation of a fake document. what should i do now?

There can be no criminal case against you for forgery of his sign/ Creation of a fake document filed by the organisation.
The organisation can always withdraw the quoted/ amended price (rate reduction price) and need not abide by the price reduction.
I think you should leave the organisation and move on as it is not worth working in an organisation which does not keep up their commitments
