Forged signature on sanction letter

The bank has done forged signature of myself and daughter on sanction letter of education loan i had received the lian but I did not tell them to make signature .the bank staff has done forged signature on sanction letter and RBI & CONSUMER has closed the case as bank has informed that i had accepted the sanction letter on mail i accept but I did not tell them yo forged the signature
it is a serious issue with the bank.
forging signature is a criminal offence under section 463 and 464 of the Indian Penal Code.
you should lodge an FIR at the nearest police station.
