Foreign consultancy fraud in ahmedabad by a local consultancy

Hello Sir/Mam, I have applied in a university in UK through one of the consultant and paid the consultancy charges and university fee (RS1000000). The financial documents were also worked upon by the consultancy only, but they were not genuine. Because of which the visa got rejected and now the university is denying for the fee refund. When earlier asked to the consultancy they assured that we will get refund ffor sure and the application was never pulled. Now, the consultancy is denying.

Based on the documentation you may issue a legal notice or file a criminal complaint as the case may be.
