FORCING FOR FRAUDULENT MARRIAGE

Sir. My son'S marriage has been fixed and the engagement ceremony has been done before 6 months now before 1 month of marriage date it's has been came in knowledge that the girl has an afaire with a boy of her village since 12 years and she used to talk with him daily and they had got marriage in stamp paper affidavit since 6 years back now the boyfriend of the girls called my son and send many call recording in that's it has proved that they both have done sex many times and they always wants to marry each other but due to father of girl not given consent for there marriage they are cheating my son. Now the main matter is that the given 6 lacks cash to me and we spent 1 lakh in ring ceremony and 1 lakhs in booking of marriage stuff. But now after knowing this fraud and cheating of girls that she already married with her sign on afidavit with combined photo on it of her boyfriend. And daily many hours conversation with her boyfriend. The father of girl now threatens us for marriage.
if you have a proof of a marriage certificate affidavit is not considered you can talk to them about this with a mediator who can convey all the matter to the girl family if there is no possibilities of this then you can contact a lawyer about the paper you have and can file a proper complaint regarding this with full facts.
