2.The petitioner herein had been remanded to custody on 09.08.2021 in R.C.No.32/2020/A0006, which had been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B r/w 409, 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 477-A of IPC and Section 13(2) r/w 13(1)(a) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (as amended in 2018). Any chance to take baile?
