For not returning original documents

Hello sir I am A student of D pharmacy living in Jodhpur(Rajasthan) I have taken admission in RRB College Bikaner after giving 1st year final exams I dont to want to continue the D pharmacy I talked in college ragarding to collect my original documents but they denied and they are demanding 2nd year fees if I want to get my documents nWhat can i do sir ?

contact DM with written application than they not solved your problem file a case against your college यदि आप अपना पूरा बकाया नहीं चुकाते हैं तो कॉलेजों को मार्कशीट या कोई अन्य प्रमाणपत्र रोकने का अधिकार नहीं है। आप स्थानीय उपभोक्ता निवारण फोरम में शिकायत दर्ज कर सकते हैं और फिर वे इसे हल करने का प्रयास कर सकते हैं। धन्यवाद।
