FIR under Sections 325/ 341/34 against me

In a recent incident, a man scrambled with us and hurt himself. Now he is blaming me and my father for this. He, along with the people of the union, lodged an FIR against us under 325/341/34. We have also filed a counter FIR against him and his colleagues under sections 323/341/34. Though the camera footage has not been revealed while doing anything by my father in the case, but the coworkers of above person , who are claiming as eyewitnesses in the incident, too have given statements against my father to the police. In the footage, I am also seen only going behind the person. The matter is under consideration in the court. The above FIR has been logged against us in order to extort money. What will be the action of the court in the above case and what action can be taken against giving false testimony.
