Hi I work in MNC with 7 years experience, settled in Bangalore. What happened: Incident happened in Chittoor, AP in July 2023, Verbal and physical fight happened two neighboring families over a land issue. hi you could file quash petition to quash the FiR as it is based on all false allegations and filed as a counter blast to the present case and that you were not present at the case and that having a pending case might create your problem

you can file a quash in high court and you. an come out from this case ....who ever is not involved and not there at that time they can file quash in high court and their names can be removed for this approach advocate
