If you wish to finish off the matter then you need to approach the High Court and file a petition for quashing a petition. And in that petition you need to file the true certified copy of the chargesheet and the FIR along with the true translated copy. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

FIR can be quashed by filing a application in the High Court. once FIR is quashed the criminal proceedings come to an end and criminal record is clean. should you have any questions please feel free to contact me

if your case has been settled by the lok Adalat then you should have received the final judgement for that. in case you do not have that please get in touch with the relevant authorities for the same. they always help you to retrieve the judgement which is in your favour. However the criminal record cannot be cleaned as people perceive that
