FIR REGISTETED U/S 156(3) CR.P.C WITH IPC 406,409,420,34

FIR was registered on 18.4.19. IO is yet to contact me being the complainant nor has he arrested the accused. I.O says 14 days' notice u/s 41A of cr.p.c is re we uired to be served. Is the I.O. telling truth ?? How do I know if the I.O has started investigation ?? How long do I have to wait for police to act??

The investigation officer will call you at his sweet time, and will not arrest the acussed so easily, yes he will send notice u/s 41a crpc, before that will serve you notice u/s 91 crpc, and police is more inclined to opt for bribe from acussed in most cases
