FIR registered under 420, 406, 506 and 94 before 6 months

10-Feb-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Hello, FIR has been registered under 420, 406, 506 and 94 almost 6 months before but till no single arrest/recovery has been done. as per police official, accused has filled application for interim bail and they can not arrest/recover anyone unless and until court ordered them. Also till now no single hearing done in court and police official saying that they are getting new dates from court every time due to following reasons. 1. Senior advocate of accused not present (one time) 2. Hon. judge was not present (2-3 times) 3. Hon. court adjourned due to some reason Unable to understand, if i need to escalate it or shall I wait further? Kindly suggest.

You can insist to Police that interim Bail not ordered by Court. Therefore it is your duty to arrest accused. If police not arresting to accused you can complain to Senior official of that Police Station regarding their inactivity
