FIR Quashing or FR by police- Better option to get rid from case

Dear Esteemed Lawyers, nnIn December wrong FIR was filed against me of 376-2(n), On 21st Dec my interim bail was given to me and on 12th Jan-2023 session court has announced Anticipatory Bail basis on my merits. nnNow after seeing this the girl who alleged me with rape is ok with Compromise. nnMy query is weather I shall proceed with FIR quashing or FR by police to close the caseWhich is better choice considering the priority of coming out from Case at earliest which process will favor career so that no objection should come during background verification and life.

If the girl andnher family is ready for compromise and are ready to furninsh statement in that regard before the court or judge having jurisdiction then u should continue for compromise. but keep in mind that it is total discretion of court to solve the case by compromise. Because the case is non compoundable. If case is not settled through compromise then u should move appmication to the high court to quash the FIR and all the case proceedings.
