Hello sir/madam,
myself saleem raza living in east delhi. On 06/03/2017 a FIR registered against me regarding fight with the neighbour on the domestic issues in my local police station IPC 1860 with sections 308/323/341/34. It is cross FIR. Due to this FIR i was in Jail for 3 days and i got bailed on 11/03/2017. On that time i was on contractual job but now i have selected for govt job on 15/05/2019 and joined on 10/07/2019. Almost completed 1 year. At the time of joining i was filled the attestation form and write the true information that i have an FIR and case is pending in court. Chargesheet is not yet submitted in the court almost 3 years paseed. Now i am in dilemma that after police verification my employer will terminate me or i can continue job. i am very afraid regarding police verification. Kindly suggest me i am in depression due to this case.

Since you had not hide anything then there is nothing to worry about.
You have disclosed everything at the time of joining.
Also if anything happen it can be easily challenged in the court of law.
Let the police verification happen and if at all they terminate you for the said reason you can contest the same.

you can check with the investigating officer assigned to your case regarding filing of chargesheet and absence of charge sheet you can move an application for expired expedited trial an application expedited trial . . you You can also try settling the matter with your neighbor promising that you will take back ur FIR and get it quashed from High Court.
