i filed a case against my bf for false promise of marriage and a case was registerd against him under section 354A, 313, 493 and 506. will he get bail?
yes he will get but if you hire a lawyer and approach the court for rejecting his bail on some ground which I will tell you later on then he may not get bail early. On false promises of marriage generally a person doesn't generally get anticipatory bail in the court of first instant
