FIR not filed on theft complaint made 1y ago with local police station

My belongings were stolen from my work desk in my absence at work place. The organisation nor police is taking action in spite of several complaints to local police station and CP Mumbai. NO FIR filed till date even after 1y of complaint.
You may proceed and file a case under 156(3) of crpc from which you can take an order from the court to take fir against the person who has stolen you belongings as soon as possible and you have to produce all the ncs and complaint madd to the police station as well as the cp
