My wife slapped a child during playing with our children because she was disturbing our children. The fir has been lodge in seemapuri police station ,delhi under section 323/341.Please guide us for further proceeding and seriousness of case.

The sections mentioned is not of such a grave nature and is bailable and can also be compounded (settled or compromised) by the person to whom the hurt has caused. These aren’t very serious sort of case but yet the police may harass you and as such if and when you are called by the police, make sure to go with a lawyer. It’s better that you seek a consultation with a lawyer. The issue isn’t too big though. Regards

This is a bailable offence so no need to worry, u need to hire an advocate for trail, u will receive the summons once the chargesheet is filed …kindly b in touch as soon as possible in this regard.. Thanks

I understand your concern. The gravity of the offence is not that much and we are able to get it compounded/settled before it reaches to further conclusions. you wife has to take a formal bail from the court and then join the proceedings in court. she will be called on every date of hearing, and it's better to nib the bud in its initial stage and hence, you need not worry. I can take care of it better.
